The 136 Flex Floor is our bright, open-concept communal workspace spanning two distinct, connected areas on the same floor. Designed for dynamic professionals who thrive on energy and organic connections, this flexible setup lets you choose your own adventure for the day—whether you want to plug into a buzzing hot desk near the action or find a quieter pocket to tuck into and focus.
Don’t worry about rigid capacity limits, either. If our 8 primary daily desks are full, our hospitality extends seamlessly into our cozy lounge spaces and open, unbooked meeting rooms.
