ABout Us A Professional Sanctuary for Modern Work.
The Shanry Collective was created with a simple belief: where you work matters.
More than a coworking space, we’re a professional sanctuary designed for the way people work today. Located in the heart of downtown Kemptville, we bring together thoughtfully designed workspaces, genuine hospitality, and a welcoming community where professionals, entrepreneurs, creators, and organizations can focus, collaborate, and thrive.
Our Story Elevating the Way Kemptville Works
The way we work has changed. Many of us have traded daily commutes for home offices, and corporate boardrooms for kitchen tables. While remote work has brought greater flexibility, it has also introduced new challenges—including isolation, distractions, and fewer opportunities for meaningful connection.
The Shanry Collective was created to offer something better.
More than a place to work, we’ve created a welcoming professional community where entrepreneurs, remote professionals, creators, and organizations can focus, collaborate, and grow. Whether you’re meeting with clients, recording your next podcast, or simply looking for an inspiring place to spend your workday, every space has been thoughtfully designed to support productivity, creativity, and connection.
Located in the heart of downtown Kemptville, The Shanry Collective reflects our belief that where you work matters—and that great work happens when people feel welcome, supported, and inspired.

Meet the Founder Shannon T. Thompson
The Shanry Collective is the vision of Shannon T. Thompson—a leader, educator, consultant, entrepreneur, and community builder with more than 30 years of experience helping businesses, organizations, and people grow.
Throughout her career, Shannon has led organizations, developed strategic partnerships, supported entrepreneurs, taught future professionals, and built initiatives that bring people together. While her experience spans many industries, one thing has remained constant: creating environments where people feel welcomed, supported, and empowered to succeed.
The Shanry Collective is the natural evolution of that work.
Created in the heart of downtown Kemptville, it reflects Shannon’s belief that where we work matters—and that great work happens when people have access to the right space, the right resources, and meaningful connections. More than a coworking space, The Shanry Collective is a welcoming community designed to help professionals, entrepreneurs, creators, and organizations thrive close to home.
Whether you’re visiting for an hour, a meeting, or becoming a member, Shannon’s goal is simple: to ensure every person who walks through the door feels genuinely welcome and leaves feeling inspired, supported, and connected.
